docs(cli): drop private references from the agent format comment (#8508)

### Why?

#8234 merged before its last review fix landed, so the `agent_event` doc
comment on main names a private repository and its internal class.
Public code should not reference private implementations.

### What?

Keeps the public pointer to buzz-app's MCP formatter and replaces the
private one with a generic note that other agent read surfaces trim the
same fields.
