test(read-state): compress readStateOverride tests to table-driven matrices

Mechanical matrices (d-tag, isOverrideActive, isOverrideKey,
escapeFrontierKey/unescapeFrontierKey, encodeOverrideGroup,
partial-group, byte-limit, invalid-sibling) converted to per-row
table loops. Adversarial witnesses (namespace-collision, __proto__,
hierarchical-frontier, multibyte exact-boundary, full-collision
event-path) kept verbatim per review mandate.

104/104 tests preserved with exact original names. -176 lines.
