docs: link the Buzz feedback community and @buzzdotxyz on X (#8324)

## Summary
Adds a **Community** section to the README so people know where to
connect: the [Buzz feedback
community](https://feedback.communities.buzz.xyz/invite/v2.yC8ZZIz5vwWCZYo2RRheuY1a0IKZRTXvxTmK7vIFIIY),
our main public discussion forum, and [@buzzdotxyz on
X](https://x.com/buzzdotxyz).

There's no official Buzz Discord yet, so this PR leaves Discord out on
purpose.

### Related issue
N/A. Companion PR: block/buzz-app#1091.

### Testing
Docs-only change. Both URLs return HTTP 200, and the diff is the README
alone.
