4f361dfca6 desktop: workflow builder UX — graph, titles, properties pod 
- Human-friendly workflow titles (display + prompt scaffold) and header cleanup
- Definition graph with responsive node sizing and properties/run history panel
- Prompt-based draft flow, form labels, E2E updates; dependency bumps as needed

da7ded5425 desktop: thread UX, main-feed filtering, and channel header 
- Anchor thread sidebar on the opened message; fetch by Nostr root; list
  messages after the focus chronologically.
- Thread composer: parent chain uses focus id before root so nested replies
  do not post as depth-1 to the channel root; keep reply target while thread
  is open.
- Main channel list: show only roots and direct replies to the thread root
  (parentId === rootId); nested replies stay out of main.
- Thread hints: aggregate by main-timeline anchor (prefer agent direct reply);
  show hints on depth-1 rows; highlight focused thread row.
- ChatHeader: optional description; channel view drops subtitle line.
- E2E: adjust integration tests for header without channel description.
- Mentions/timeline types: relay agents in mentions; displayDepth and related.

dcd722b8c3 desktop: message layout, circular send, cleaner sidebar 
Tighten message row typography and spacing; keep actions in an absolute
header row so the action bar cannot wrap and gap the body; add light
padding before message content.

Adjust tight Markdown block margins so sibling blocks stack without extra
first-block gap.

Replace the composer send control with a circular primary button and an
up-arrow icon; update smoke e2e to assert title instead of label text.

Remove sidebar rail and submenu vertical lines, drop header/content/footer
SidebarSeparators, and trim SidebarMenuSub border alignment offsets.

181e6d0be2 desktop: thread sidebar UX and main-channel thread hints 
Show Slack-style thread hints on root messages (reply count and stacked
participant avatars from thread replies). Wire hint data from channel
timeline aggregation through MessageTimeline into MessageRow.

Simplify the thread panel chrome: only a top-right close control, and
remove horizontal rules between header, root post, replies, and composer.

Includes channel pane / composer updates for the split channel and
thread composers.
