## Summary - Updates `@anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk` from `0.3.154` to `0.3.156`. - Refreshes the npm lockfile entries for the SDK and its optional platform packages. ## Why this is important This upgrade pulls in the Claude Code `v2.1.156` fix for Opus 4.8 where thinking blocks could be modified, leading to API errors. That makes the dependency update important for keeping Opus 4.8 sessions stable and avoiding request failures caused by malformed thinking block handling.
