sig-card-340.png is the card at its display size (340x220) so Gmail's
"Original size" shows it correctly when inserted by web address.

sig-card.png (680x440, shown at 340x220): the Apex neon streaks over the whole card,
the HAL wordmark, name, title, the AI/blockchain line and the tagline. The earlier
eye, wordmark, tile and badge files are no longer referenced and are removed.

sig-hal8-mark.png: the gradient HAL wordmark on transparency (336x120, shown at 168x60).
sig-hal8-tile.png: the same mark on its black rounded tile for light backgrounds.

sig-eye.png: the HAL eye cut to a transparent disc with a soft red glow,
200x200 for a 92px signature logo. Served at https://hal8.ai/sig-eye.png.

The share tags existed only in the outer head; the bundled page that
replaces it at load had no title or tags, so anything that rendered the
page before reading it saw nothing. Both heads now carry the same
Open Graph and Twitter card set, image dimensions and alt text, and the
description says what HAL 8 is instead of repeating the title.

The bundled page shipped with a generic "Bundled Page" title and no meta
tags, so shared links rendered with no preview at all. Add title,
description ("The Home of Sovereign AI"), canonical URL, and og:/twitter:
tags pointing at banner.png (1280x720) so shares show the logo card.

The CSS gradient-clipped 8 kept truncating across browsers because the
glyph paint was bound to its line box. Replace both logo lockups (sidebar
nav + footer) with a crisp inline SVG wordmark (white HAL + gradient 8):
SVG glyphs aren't clipped to a line box, so the 8 always renders in full
and stays sharp at any size. Unique gradient ids; align-self:flex-start so
the flex-column parent can't stretch it.

- Collapse all multi-column section grids to single column on <=980px (the
inline grids lacked responsive classes); keep the comparison matrix
horizontally scrollable via its existing overflow-x wrapper.
- Scale down hero h1 and section h2 so long words no longer overflow the
viewport; add a <=430px tier for small phones.
- Remove backdrop-filter blur from the nav drawer and menu button (their
backgrounds are opaque) so the open menu renders crisp instead of blurry.
- Tidy the top meta bar: trim padding, clear space for the floating menu
button, hide the decorative coordinates on small screens.
- Constrain images to 100% width on mobile.

- Gradient-clipped glyphs (HAL 8 logos, headline gradients) were clipped
top/bottom by the line box; give them an inline-block paint box with
vertical padding and compensating negative margin so the full glyph paints.
- Add the HAL letterform mark as a banner atop the hero, screen-blended so
its black background drops out over the dark hero, with a soft edge mask.
